IBK — Belgian Institute of Kinesiology

For IBK, Wikafi combines WordPress and custom development within a training platform. The website connects the institute’s presentation with a course catalogue, scheduled sessions and bookings for paid training.

Courses are organised by discipline and can also be found through a calendar. Each course page provides information to support the choice: content, dates, times, location, fees and registration conditions. Available-place indicators help visitors identify sessions that are still open.

The registration journey is linked to the selected course and follows the booking and payment arrangements defined by the institute. Courses taking place over several dates can present their different sessions while retaining the connection to the relevant training programme.

Custom development for training management

Our work connects courses, their different sessions, registrations and the institute’s payment arrangements. These developments and integrations reflect IBK’s way of working: visitors choose a course and a session, then continue through a registration journey linked to that training.

This project demonstrates how we adapt WordPress to a training organisation: structured educational content, paid bookings and business logic built around the organisation’s requirements.
